P6030 Connect is Pryor’s first ‘all-in-one’ portable, app-based marking solution. This marker is exclusively distributed by Monode in North America. The marking machine is supplied in its own case, complete with a battery, battery charger and space for a few key spares. Powered by a Bosch 36V 2A battery and incorporating patented technology to ensure there is no loss of marking force as the battery charge decreases, this is the most portable and versatile dot peen machine on the market.

Handheld Portable Dot Peen Marking Machine

The PortaDot 60-30 Touch is an extremely versatile, lightweight and mobile handheld & portable dot peen marking machine with a marking window of 60mm x 30mm. It is powered by a Bosch 36V battery for ‘all day’ use and features patented technology to ensure that the marking force does not deteriorate as the battery power depletes. The new integrated control system is based on our 4000 Series Controller and has many of the same functions and features, all packaged within the marking head for ultimately mobility. Marking programmers can be created, edited, and saved directly to the marking machine using the 5.7 inch touch screen display so that they can then easily be loaded the next time that programmed is required. It provides a fast, convenient method of marking a huge variety of parts in multiple locations.

Weighing approximately five pounds, these lightweight pin markers ensure operator fatigue is minimized while maximizing productivity. The patented marking head is protected in a tough polymer case, allowing the marker to be used in most industrial environments. Features include:

With two fixed motors, these pin markers offer higher acceleration, speed and accuracy. Their flat X/Y movement with no pivoting axis provides consistent depth throughout the dot peen marking area. Features include:

  • Inbuilt illumination system automatically actuated with motion sensor.

These powerful portable dot marking machines are capable of indenting components with deep marks of up to 1 mm in mild steel or 1.5 mm in aluminum. Their robust mechanism and steel housing are especially well-suited to industrial dot peen applications. Features include:

  • Pneumatic (DPH) or electromagnetic (EH) dot marking versions. Capable of marking all engineering materials up to 62HRc (800Hv).
  • Marking area: 100 x 75 mm.

  • V faceplate for marking round components
